Combining the resilience of a hard floor with the comfort and warmth of a textile, Flotex delivers unmatched performance and versatility. At BMD Materials, we’ve been experts in installing Flotex flooring for over 20 years, providing tailored solutions for commercial spaces across Manitoba. ![Flotex_winnipeg_flooring](https://www.bmdmaterials.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Flotex_winnipeg_flooring.jpg?width=800&height=533&name=Flotex_winnipeg_flooring.jpg) ### What Makes Flotex Unique? Flotex isn’t your typical flooring option—it’s a high-tech textile made up of approximately 80 million nylon 6.6 fibers per square meter. This innovative construction provides a surface that is: 1. **Exceptionally Durable**: Designed to withstand heavy foot traffic, Flotex is ideal for demanding environments such as schools, healthcare facilities, and retail spaces. 2. **Hygienic and Allergy-Friendly**: Flotex is treated with Sanitized® antimicrobial technology, which provides consistent protection against bacteria and suppresses dust mites. This flooring has earned the British Allergy Foundation's seal of approval for its ability to capture allergens and release them during cleaning. 3. **Easy to Maintain**: From daily vacuuming to deep cleaning, Flotex is designed to restore its original appearance effortlessly, even after heavy soiling. 4. **Quiet and Comfortable**: Offering superior sound absorption and underfoot comfort, Flotex ensures a quieter, more pleasant environment. While it offers the toughness of a resilient floor, it doesn’t sacrifice the warmth and visual appeal of a textile. This makes it a preferred choice for environments where both aesthetics and functionality are paramount. #### Proven Success Across Industries Flotex has been a reliable choice in a variety of settings, including: - **Education**: Its sound-absorbing and hygienic qualities make it perfect for schools and universities. - **Healthcare**: The antimicrobial properties and ease of cleaning create safer, more sanitary spaces for patients and staff. - **Retail and Hospitality**: Flotex offers endless design possibilities with over 600 digitally printed options, allowing businesses to align their flooring with branding and aesthetics. ![Flotex_design](https://www.bmdmaterials.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Flotex_design.webp?width=468&height=308&name=Flotex_design.webp) ### BMD Materials: Your Trusted Flotex Experts At BMD Materials, we bring two decades of experience in installing Flotex, ensuring every project meets the highest standards of quality and precision.
